Feeling Stuck or Disconnected
When nothing is obviously wrong—but you don’t feel like yourself.
Sometimes the hardest thing to explain is a sense that you are going through the motions without feeling fully connected to your life.
There is usually more underneath the symptom.
Feeling stuck can be connected to burnout, old protective patterns, unresolved experiences, grief, anxiety, or simply living too far away from what matters to you.
You do not have to arrive with the perfect explanation or diagnosis. We can start with what you are noticing now, understand what your mind and body may be carrying, and make sense of the pattern together.
Understanding first. Change at a pace that fits.
Therapy can help you slow down, notice what has become disconnected, and reconnect with your values, needs, emotions, relationships, and choices.
My approach may draw from EMDR, parts/ego-state work, nervous-system regulation, ACT, CBT, and other evidence-informed strategies depending on what fits you. The aim is healing, relief, and greater freedom in how you live.
