Second Sunrise Therapy PLLC has a professional services agreement with Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP) for outpatient behavioral health services, including services for eligible Colorado Medicaid members.
My contract includes these categories of coverage:
- Colorado Medicaid — RAE members
- Colorado Medicaid — Prime members
- Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+)
- Eligible private/commercial health plans, subject to your specific plan and network
I provide trauma-informed teletherapy to adults throughout Colorado, helping clients work through anxiety, depression, difficult life experiences, shame, self-criticism, and relationship challenges.
This agreement does not include Medicare Advantage (MA) or Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP).

Prefer not to use insurance?
Self-pay may be an option for clients who prefer not to use insurance, or whose plans aren’t covered by my available network arrangements.
Self-pay rate: $175 per hour.
If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs.
